At Our Precious Sprouts, we’re dedicated to delivering a high-quality, transformative educational experience for at-risk children. Brings over 13 years experience as a BSN RN and 11 years as a Group Family childcare provider. She earned her CDA in 2019 and is pursuing a CPAC degree at CUNY School of Professional Studies. Her background includes running a federally funded Early Head Start program, attending NAEYC annual training conferences and a host of other trainings. As a member of Quality Stars, Dominicka is dedicated to providing a high-quality, nurturing environment that fosters independence and a love of learning in children. Driven by her passion for helping others and transformational leadership, she aims to make a significant impact in Early Childhood Education.
